은/는 は話題や対比を導入し、이/가 は文法上の主語を示し、焦点を当てます。저는 학생이에요（「私について言えば、[私は]学生です」）と 제가 학생이에요（「私が学生です」）では、意味のニュアンスが微妙に異なりますが、明確な違いがあります。
同じ動詞でも、3つの表現があります：해（くだけた、友人向け）、해요（丁寧な日常会話）、합니다（フォーマル、仕事や見知らぬ人向け）。間違ったものを選ぶと、失礼に聞こえたり、堅苦しく聞こえたりします。
韓国語の活用は、語幹＋時制＋敬語の語尾を重ねて作られます：가다（行く）→ 가 + 았 + 어요 → 갔어요（「行きました」、丁寧）。この重ねるパターンを練習しましょう。単なる動詞の活用表はあまり役に立ちません。
